MotorCity® Handover Marching Forward, Union Properties DIFC Projects In Progress
Dubai, Sunday, July 26, 2009 - Union Properties (UP) one of the leading property developers in the U.A.E and a recipient of the internationally acclaimed Superbrands Award for 2009 said in a statement that all construction work is progressing well for all its latest projects with completion and delivery confirmed for the end of this year.

Union Properties has commenced this year with the handover of its two exceptional residential components within the MotorCity development, UPTOWN MotorCity® and Green Community MotorCity™. Todate, more than 850 units within 20 buildings have been handed over in the UPTOWN MotorCity component; the unique apartment development comprising of superbly appointed rowhouses, studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Green Community MotorCity, the second residential component within MotorCity, has also commenced with the handover process, delivering todate a total of 130 townhouse and terraced apartment units. The handover of all the remaining units within UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community will be completed by year end.

Control Tower™, the 38 storey commercial tower located within the Business Park MotorCity component, will commence with the initial deliveries of its commercial units within the coming month.
